Drukarka HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2060 Problem.

Witam.
Mam problem z drukarką. Po podłączeniu wykrywa ją poprawnie ale przy próbie drukowania nic się nie dzieje lub pobiera papier i się zatrzymuje. Bardzo proszę o pomoc. Z góry dziękuję!

Poprzednio miałem podłączoną drukarkę Brother i nie było z nią żadnego problemu.

Normalnie nie mam pojęcia o co chodzi… drukarkę wykrywa poprawnie, instaluje sterownik ale nie drukuje.

Pobiera papier i zastyga nieruchomo, po chwili wypluwa pustą kartkę.

Nie pisz posta pod swoim postem tylko edytuj wcześniejszy wpis. Następne wpisy, jeden pod drugim , będą usuwane.

Wróćmy do początku.
1. Jak instalowałeś drukarkę (krok po kroku),
2. Jak ją konfigurowałeś (jw.)
3. Zdaje się, że używasz protokołu IPP – czy drukarka podłączona lokalnie (po kablu) do komputera – drukuje?

Wyszukaj „Ustawienia drukowania”. Odblokuj podając hasło. Zaznacz domyślną drukarkę i prawo-klik, wybierz „Właściwości”. Pojawi się okno:

Co podaje ci w „Stan drukarki”? Zwykle to pierwszy i najważniejszy komunikat, po którym można zacząć dochodzić co jest nie tak.

@michaldybczak – Zerknij na logi wyżej – to już wiemy. Prawdopodobnie drukarka jest wadliwie zainstalowana i/lub skonfigurowana. Pluje się na tworzeniu jakichś katalogów, które ma itp.

Drukarka w zasadzie zainstalowała się sama. Po podłączeniu kabla usb wyskoczył komunikat, że wykryto nowe urządzenie i że drukarka jest gotowa do użycia.

To może zamiast zdawać się na automatykę, po prostu dodasz nową drukarkę ręcznie, wybierzesz sterowniki (jeśli będą właściwe), podłączenie, itp.? Może automat po prostu walnął jakieś błędne drivery lub coś źle ustawił.
